It doesn't take much to do this.  You just have to use a couple of effects in WMM.  However, it was the only way to get this past copyright and keep it as close as possible to the original.

It make smile, yes. But it make dizzy too... So i learned that i have sens of humor and that i can become easily sick...

Sorry but I don't see the humor in upside down videos. But just because I didn't find the video funny doesn't mean I have no sense of humor.
