I'd do it so long as the DVD's had both Japanese and English audio.  In fact, I'd kill for something like this.  It really sucks to download an anime only to find out that it sucks.

Sounds like an interesting idea.  An alternative to those who don't want to download online, or are unable to for various reasons.
