Should there be strong and intelligent (enough to talk in English) Sharpteeth in The Land Before Time?

Chomper is the only one that has been seen to talk in the English language in all thirteen movies, and all the tv series episodes. Anyway, I think this belongs in General Land Before Time, don't really see what this has to do with fanart or fanfiction. ;)
