Title: Someone has stolen my art

I was browsing on DA earlier when I found this

I noticed that the lineart is exacly like mine and the user never asked for my permission.

And here's the drawing mine he/she copied

You can easily tell that both look the same.

That looks like the person traced it. Drawing a copy of someone else's picture is one thing - but when someone traces something someone drew without reference, that's a different story.

I've reported the image and am going to see what the admins do about it.

It looks like tracing as you can see that some of the lines are shaky from the drawing.  

Personally I do not really think it is art theft but other people define it differently..but really if it bothers you that much ask the person to take it down.  If not then, ask the person to reference you as the original artist.  If they do neither then you take action and report them.  Not report them before you have a chance to confront them.

Is your image based on a screenshot of sorts? Because if it is, that person may just have used the same screenshot.

Nintendoofah rarely uses reference for anything. I don't recall that scene from Rio, so I doubt it was a screenshot. 3/4 of his art on DeviantArt is without reference as far as I can tell.
