Hmn... I've got loads, but I think the one that stands out in my mind is Ju-On: The Grudge. I first saw it when I was about 10, alone and late at night. Needless to say, after all the scenes of bloody ghosts crawling down stairs and appearing under bed duvets, I had many sleepless nights :smile

It's also the film that sparked my interest in Japanese films, so bonus points for that  :D

On the subject of Japanese horror films, have you seen Cinderella? Not the Disney movie.

I haven't but it's been on my list of films to see. Apparently it's quite similar to Dark Water, which is another film I enjoyed, so I'm looking forward to it.

Yep, some of my favourites are the Bioshock, Silent Hill, Gears of War and Elder Scrolls series. Also, there's a special spot in my heart for Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone on PS1 from when I was a kid  :D
