Yes there is a Finding Nemo musical.  It can be seen down at Animal Kingdom at WDW.  It actually is really cool...combination of puppetry and hand puppets.

Best of luck.  Its not the written test that is hard.

The Fridge / Something odd happened today

Odd indeed.  I wouldn't be quick to blame it on aspergers.  If you were curious about the tool, its so they can measure the pressure in the eye.  Its standard procedure for my eye exams.

I haven't been on that JP ride in years.  At the time we went it was dusk, hard to see some things, and we didn't know there was a drop. :p :p  The picture that was snapped on the flume tells what we thought of that. LOL

It didn't look very crowded there at all...you went at a good time. :)  Plus its Universal...they don't get nearly the crowds the Mouse does across the way.

Silver Screen / A sad ending-is it really a bad ending?

What about the ending to "The Boy In Striped Pyjamas", next to the death of Littlefoot's mother, its a moment that brought me close to crying, out of all the films about the holocaust this one has the most depressing ending :

You won't find a holocaust film with a happy ending...there isn't one.  Sad indeed...I'll give you that because you hoped the mother would get to the kids in time.

Its easy to pass up--most don't have the equipment to work with 35mm cells or negatives.

How about googling the author or some of the characters names or phrases?  You might net something that way.

The Fridge / Thanksgiving! :celebrate
« on: November 15, 2010, 08:01:14 AM »
When: November 25th

We've sort of explained the what: a day of giving thanks for those around you, what you do have, and not what you wish you had.  Then everyone goes bargain shopping on Black Friday right afterward. :rolleyes :rolleyes

« on: November 08, 2010, 08:28:59 PM »
The only 90s singer I really even like to this day is Shania Twain...that's about it really.  90s wasn't a good decade for me in terms of popular music.  Now other stuff like classical or jazz, or even new age, I have some following in, but definitely not the pop scene.

Petrie: Aside from starting quite possibly the best forum on the Internet, I would also really like to get to know you better outside of GOF. We've chatted only once on MSN for a short bit, and I know how demanding life can be. I hope we get the chance to chat more often in the near future, and I really appreciate the work you put in to keep this forum running smoothly and this community friendly.

Look for me on Friday evenings or Saturday mornings.  That is usually when I am on.

Sound Off! / Satellite Radio
« on: October 30, 2010, 03:17:59 PM »
I've toyed with the idea of satellite radio for my car, given an hour commute daily to and from work.  SiriusXM is the only provider now, so anyone with experience with the company would be useful. :)  I would probably only get the basic music package from XM at $9.99 because I'm not interested in sports or talk radio.

Anyone care to give their two cents worth about this?

That's like a credit card with a bad interest rate.  Avoid at all costs and pay up front.  If you can't do that, then you never had the money to buy it with in the first place. ;)
