Zaine's scent of hope suddenly faided, and he sighed. "I'm not lost, but I'm alone here. My herd and I were seperated by the big earthshake, and I haven't seen them since. I fear that..."

A tear drop slowly fell from his eye.

Current Games Decided as Horrible:

Quote
Strawberry Shortcake - Atari 2600
Resident Evil - Sony Playstation
Resident Evil 2 - Sony Playstation
Resident Evil 3 - Sony Playstation 2
Bible Buffet - Nintendo Entertainment System
In my opinion, those three games are not terrible. They are amazing, but that's my opinion, and this is yours.

All the other games on your list I can agree with.

Gamers Zone / PlayStation 3 or Nintendo Wii?
« on: January 08, 2008, 12:10:50 PM »
I chose the Wii for two main reasons.

1. The price for the PS3 was REDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!! There was no way I could spend $500 - $600 just to get that one system. Now, if it included games with a package or something for the same price, then I would have gotten it. However, the Wii was at the reasonable price of $250, so I leaned towards that.

2. I looked at the launch titles for both games, and I felt more excited for Zelda, Wii Sports, and Red Steel. Don't get me wrong though, Resistance Fall of Man is a great game, but that would have been the only reason why I would get the PS3. Also, I looked at future releases and found games like Metroid Prime 3, Super Mario Galaxy, and of course, Super Smash Bros. Brawl. I was anticipating the Wii games more than the PS3 games.

I can't tell you how many people think they are so amazing because they can play this game, and then I play against them and I crush them.

I think this game could inspire people to actually make bands in real life.

My pic for each system:

XBOX 360: Mass Effect

This was a hard choice, because there are so many awesome games for the 360. I know many people would hate me for not choosing Halo 3, but I would call it the best multiplayer game. Mass Effect has amazing graphics, storyline, and gameplay. If you enjoyed Star Wars Kotor, I highly recommend you get this game!

PS3: Call of Duty 4

Some people will argue that this may be better on the 360, but this is my opinion. CoD4 had to be on the list somewhere, so why not for the PS3. This is definitely one of the anticipated games that will save the PS3 from the hole it started in when it first was released.

Wii: Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles

I know a lot of people will say that Super Mario Galaxy or Metroid Prime 3 are better than this. The reason why I chose this game, besides the fact that I am a huge RE fan, is that it's easy to learn and fun at the same time. In my opinion, it was pretty hard learning the controls for Mario Galaxy and Metroid Prime 3, so I really liked this game for being quick to learn. If you are new to the Wii and need a good shooter, I recommend this game.

PC: Tabula Rasa

Normally, I'm not much of an MMO person, but this game inspired me to give it a try. There are hundreds of missions your character can take in this game, and the gameplay is well thoughtout and a lot of fun. However, I chose this game because of the unique character engine. Now, you can clone your character if you wanted to specialize in a different class than your first character, so you don't have to start over with a brand new one,

Nintendo DS: Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass

Zelda games haev a reputation to keep up with the hits like Ocarina of Time and Twilight Princess, and this game definitely keeps it up. I was really excited for this game to come out, and when I got it I couldn't stop playing it. It's a great adventure, and the DS uses the dual screens very well.

The only reason I am not doing PSP is because I don't have one

How about this?

LBT and Kingdom Hearts

Sora, Donald, and Goofy's next journey takes them to the Great Valley, where trouble has been brewing up around every corner. The Heartless have turned the adults against each other, however, only Littlefoot and his friends have remained untouched. Sora then finds out that the leader of the Heartless dinosaurs is Sharptooth (from the first movie), and the only way to free the Valley is to defeat him and his army of fast biters/other sharpteeth.

Well, Zaine (my character) feels really lonely not having his herd around, and then that's when he sees the second stone fly across the sky. Afterwards, he starts having wierd dreams about the stone and his herd, and then he decides that he must find it in order to discover the truth about what happened to his herd.

Of course, there is a group of egg stealers, led by the norotious Ozzy and Strut, who seek the stone in order to obtain it's rumored magical powers to become tyrants and rule the great valley. So it's pretty much a race to find the stone first.

I will play Zaine, Ozzy, Strut, and if nobody else chooses him, Littlefoot.

Zaine hesistated for a second before answering. "Uhh, Zaine. I don't know where I came from to be honest." Then he realized something. If there were more dinosaurs here. then maybe his herd made it.

"Have you seen a herd of longencks like me? Greenish color?"

Zaine sighed as he sat under a shady tree and looked up at the bright circle. He was once again alone with nobody to talk to, but he was kind of used to this thing.

"I wish my herd had made it to the Great Valley. Heck, I wish I had friends to hang out with."

Zaine then decided to get a drink from the small pond that was close by. He slowly stood up and began walking towards the water when he heard a noise from behind him. He turned his head around and saw a rustle in the bushes. Something was in the bushes, and Zaine started to get a little worried.

"Hello? Is anybody out there?"

This is going to be my first attempt at starting an rp. I will play as Zaine and the main villain, whom I still have yet to make a profile for. The list is open for the gang and adults, and you can bring your own characters also.

Littlefoot: Kor
Cera: Threehorn
Ducky: Kor
Petrie: Ptyra
Spike:
Chomper: The Great Valley Guardian
Ruby:

EDIT: By now, Zaine has met everyone in the valley.

EDIT: The RP has started, but you can still join if you want to.

It's a great movie. I definitely recommend you see it.

However, I also suggest that you make sure that anybody else who watches it is over the age of fourteen, because there are some serious themes, like homosexuality and aids, involved.

This was the perfect song for this movie. Everytime I hear this song I start thinking about Littlefoot and the others searching for the Great Valley and then finally finding it.
