FYI, my opinion is that some sequels (II, IV, VI, VII, X, and XII, to be specific) are just as good as the original
just as good as or stand out to you in meaningful ways o,o?

General Land Before Time / If the Gang sang Villain Songs?

It would probably have to do with parental rebellion or discontentment with Yellow-Belly-style characters

General Land Before Time / Anyone know why Roy Allen Smith left?

I'd like to know, but I honestly think he just moved onto other projects and/or Universal wanted another direction

If it was 2 hrs, that would be a huge surprise because most animated movies in the range of 1hr 25-45 mins

Thorn or one of those banyan looking roots Littlefoot and Cera were playing under before the sharptooth came? OH wait they go in the thorns are afterwards hmmm.. eh I have LBT on VHS but some of the things people have described like deleted scenes or Littlefoot discovering the Great Valley and THEN saving his friends I never recall seeing so I guess I didn't have the infamous 'version'

Oh, this again. I don't think there will ever be a definite answer on this kind of topic :(

General Land Before Time / "The Mysterious Beyond"
« on: August 27, 2015, 10:32:54 AM »
Yeah, originally they emigrated from the wastelands they were already in traveling many miles till they found the Great Valley. Pretty sure it's all unknown territory since they hadn't been around the area before

Although isn't it kind of common for herds to migrate a lot anyway? So then isn't everywhere that one hasn't been 'the mysterious beyond'?  :lol

I wouldn't know of the family politics much as it's been a while for me having watched the movies, still how can't it be worth at least well checking out to prove or disprove conclusions? *shrugs*

I am quite unsure what that was all about. Guess we'll have to wait and see...

Still, I think it's worth seeing, considering it's both Lion King related, Disney related, and not so vectorized.

Only other cartoon TV show on my radar this year (that I know about I guess) is Guardians of the Galaxy. Bojack Horseman won't be back till next year I presume.

edit: and technically Dreamworks Dragons is 3D

Um, never posted in here before but oh well.

This came out recently so thought I'd leave the video link here

https://www.facebook.com/OhMyDisney/videos/498806660275633/

I've known about it for some time but this is the first time they've had a Sneak Peak video.

Here for more information

Thoughts? Almost any commercially-developed 2D animation these days is digitized, either entirely like with flash or using pen tablets/monitors as is what I think this is

Personally I find this quite exciting!  :DD  :birthday
