I'm not so sure about that. The Jurassic franchise at this point has become more successful and popular than LBT ever was so Universal are likely going to keep milking that instead, even if the main stream interest in Dinosaurs does increase again. Like I said, we'll likely get a remake of the original and that'll probably be about it.

I think the most likely scenario is we'll get a live action remake of the first film. I mean, we all know it's going to happen eventually.

I've only now just learned that one of the directors/writers of this film, Ralph Zondag, was an animation director on the original Land Before Time. That explains a lot.

Computer and Electronics / YouTube's war on video downloaders

The free YouTube video downloaders have recently become not so free. In order to download videos above 360p they now force you to download a app called iFlyDown, but you need to use money in order to download the videos. How do I know this is YouTube's doing, because most of the video downloaders have this now and I have a feeling they didn't make this change willingly.

In the trailers for The Great Day of the Flyers and The Wisdom of Friends, the narrator say's The Land Before Time is "the number one best selling animated movie series." This probably isn't true now but does anyone know if it was back then? I don't know why they would lie but you never know with these studios.

I now know how people felt when they kept making more and more Land Before Time films. That being said, I have hopes for this one. Gareth Edwards is directing and they brought back David Koepp, the guy who wrote the first two Jurassic films.
