The Gang of Five
Howdy, everyone!

As you know, the forum has been fighting spammers and bots for years. We have seen our fair share of "Custom Kitchens UK", scammy Internet hosting companies, and bots trying to send us to a business's homepage. But after fighting the tidal wave of spam for so many years, the admins had a persistent thought: what if the spammers are right? Not in terms of posting nonsense links and trying to scam our users, but in trying to make money through our unique platform?

Well, thanks to the helpful counsel of Taunt, we have finally decided to move the forum in a new direction. Please see his important post on the matter in this topic

As much as the "beautiful game" is there for the world to witness, I'm not hugely bothered by it. I'm not "anti" football, but I'm just not that hyped about it; despite actually being a goalkeeper myself.  :ChomperPOG

Just to point out, not all Brits are angry, over-zealous, temper tantruming man-children getting drunk on cheap booze and punching each other in the face over the colour of a sports shirt...

I save that for video games  :taunttroll

Wow! What an honour to speak to an official member of the production crew. A true pleasure Mr Krieger!

1. What was it like working with such big names in the industry at the time? I.e. Don Bluth, Steven Spielberg and George Lucas

2. What were some of the highlights of making the original Land Before Time movie? Any interesting stories/ancedotes?

3. Were there any shortcomings or production issues whilst making the original movie?

4. Any thoughts on how LBT has progressed since the 1988 original movie?

5. Did you actually enjoy working on the original LBT movie?

Greatly appreciate Mr Krieger taking the time to chat to this old fan forum. Can't wait to hear what he has to say.

Thank you and kind regards,

Littlefoot-1616  :)littlefoot

What great disearning Brit of the old school form of entertainment HASN'T seen Only Fools and Horse (me ol' mucka!  :PAli)

Can't say I watched it religiously but loved a bit of Del Boy and Rodney and all that noise.  :petrieLOL But it was one of those iconically "British" sitcoms that was just delightful in its moments.

If anything, I was more impartial to a spot of "The Young Ones" and "Bottom". Loved Rick Mayall and Ade Edmondson in those  :ChomperPOG

Hey gang!

Coming a bit late but thank you so much for the Starday wishes!  :)littlefoot

Didn't get up to much. In actual fact, I ended up getting sick 3 days before the day and I was forced into isolation within my own home to avoid passing my lergy to anyone  :lfsadface

Thankfully it wasn't Covid and a few days later, I was fine. So no worries there!  :littlefoot:)

Thanks again GOF gang! Much love and appreciation!

Long time no post. Apologies there  :rhett_smile

Can't say I've heard of Zootopia. Heard of Zootropolis - the one with Officer Hopps and they are trying to uncover the mystery of the Night Howler serum? A great move for sure.  :)littlefoot

Indeed. Love the Animaniacs and all their spin off cartoons. I always loved the gags that I clearly didn't get as a kid but make so much sense now.

One of my favourite gags is in the detective episode where they are looking for fingerprints... I shall say no more  :ChomperImAwesome

Going to give Valkyrie Elysium a try. Just downloaded the demo but I remember playing both Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth and VP: Silmeria back in the day so this looks interesting. Hopefully it's not nearly as complex as the combat system intricacies of Silmeria.

Yeah for sure.

Don't normally get too hyped for games these days but Bayonetta has frequently amazed me and I've enjoyed all main line entries. Should be good one hopes  :)littlefoot

Wow! Sorry for the delayed reply on this. Been a while since I jumped on the GOF again.

And yes, I have Dink the Little Dinosaur episodes and remember some of them fondly. Kinda always looked at Dink as a Hanna Barbera, low-budget version of LBT (in a way). Fun nostalgic times  :ChomperPOG

Awesome news!

Glad to see that everything is still a-go Diddy!  :petrieLOL

Hopefully we can get more voice clips organised soon. Can't wait to see this project reach completion.

Been a while since I last updated here.

A medley of games really so everything from: Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night, Street of Rage 4's "Mr X's Nightmare" DLC, Returnal, Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart and Nier Replicant (insert stupidly obscene number here for some reason).

Just recently kicked off playing Neo: The World Ends With You today so figured I'd give that a try.

Been a fun time on the old gamer's front to be fair  :)littlefoot

Wow! A huge influx of people going for roles! Fantastic!

Great to see so many people going in for positions.

Excellent job on Littlefoot there Mouse-a-saur! Having voiced Littlefoot in the last project, he's no easy feat.

And our roles for Cera and Ducky there, great job there!

Great to have you onboard Flathead as our resident Rainbow Face.

Awesome to see the project coming together. Great work everyone!

Flip the coin to the other side...

Any of the Kong family you DON'T like? I'll leave it open to the games and the animated series just in case Buster doesn't take your fancy :SharptoothAmused

Upon the audience's request, I've gone back to Castlevania: Symphony of the Night to try and tackle the Inverted Castle (or Reverse Castle depending on your take).

A few cheap deaths but apparently I was super lucky and found a weapon that fundamentally breaks the game because of how quickly it hits.

Looking to finish the Inverted Castle up soon so I can move on.
