Howdy, everyone!

As you know, the forum has been fighting spammers and bots for years. We have seen our fair share of "Custom Kitchens UK", scammy Internet hosting companies, and bots trying to send us to a business's homepage. But after fighting the tidal wave of spam for so many years, the admins had a persistent thought: what if the spammers are right? Not in terms of posting nonsense links and trying to scam our users, but in trying to make money through our unique platform?

Well, thanks to the helpful counsel of Taunt, we have finally decided to move the forum in a new direction. Please see his important post on the matter in this topic

Sorry, but I had to delete that post. I appreciate your intentions Bruton, but we mustn't share high quality movies on the GOF. It violates section four of the board rules. If high quality movies are linked to our board chances are that the GOF would be closed down for housing illegal content. I appreciate your intention, but it mustn't be done on the GOF.

What is wrong with you? That could have gotten us more than a closed forum. Never do that again. Reread the rules next time. I don't want this forum or a lawsuit charge to be slapped on us for YOU showing illegal content. Next time learn from your mistakes. Shame on you.

I am sure Bruton had no bad intention and had not read the board rules (everyone who hasn't, please do). There is not going to be a continuing of any attacks, blames or reproaches here Petrie85.
