Weird Habits

These habits include but aren't limited to computers and typing

for some reason I usually capitalize Idea... I have no Idea why... I call it subtle optimism and always thinking about the "big Idea" XD but that may just be me justifying my weirdness

also if I can help it... I usually have symmetry on typing things like brackets and stuff [] () <> {} all those, if someone else types them, I usually will type the other half, it's not me making fun of accidental typos, it's just habit... same with a / I usually will type a \ unless it's in a URL it seems... maybe because there's so many...this also holds true for O.o o.Os and in some forums it looks like I'm spamming like O.o O.o O.o o.O o.O o.O because I come into a thread late...it's a real burden =\ =/

this one hurts me on essays XD I usually type (as above) ... or , instead of ending a sentence, I don't do it as much if I write, but when I type it becomes a giant run-on sentence

other than computers, I usually bring my wallet, cell phone and house key with me even if someone else has their housekey or something, just out of habit from high school

I usually write "きつね" (if it'll print) on anything I sign, this goes back to my love of Foxes (I already have said in some other thread I usually capitalize Fox)

Anyone else have odd habits they either can't explain, or can't explain in a way that everyone can go "oh okay" and move on with? XD

please tell me it's not just me

well, several years ago, I had a cat that would drink out of the toilet so I would have to close the lid every time so it wouldn't have a nasty face. Even though it's dead now and I don't own a cat anymore, I never leave the toilet seat up even in public restrooms. I don't even think of it. I just close it.

Let's see...habits...or obessive compulsives...

I have to clear the microwave if I see a number or End on it.

I walk on my toes.

I often make animal noises (low growls and such) to communicate my feelings about something.

Things such as pencils must be aligned on my desk and they must face the north wall.

That's...it.

I whistle. Very often I whistle melodies, but the really weird part is that sometimes I whistle the way I would whistle to "entertain" my budgy Luke even when my bird budy is nowhere around. I don't do this consciously (and luckily it didn't happen really out in public yet), but to anyone else it would sound really strange.

oh, same here!

unless someone's cooking something, if it's paused and someone's cooking I don't in case they've just taken it out to check it or something, but once we've started eating I'll go clear it

When I get involved with something at all, I tend to think out-loud. I sometimes get strange looks from people for this, even my grandma who should be used to it by now

I also have this weird obsession with hiding food from another fast food place like if I get a burger from burger king and then want to go to taco time for a buritto, I hide the burger.

actually, I just came back from a Boy Scout summer camp, at Camp Bartle in Osceola, Missouri; the scoutmaster drove to a Taco Bell, bought tacos, saying he was going to McDonalds, then went to McDonalds and ate his tacos after ordering a chocolate shake, IN the McDonalds XD it's the goofiest thing I've ever seen
