Howdy, everyone!

As you know, the forum has been fighting spammers and bots for years. We have seen our fair share of "Custom Kitchens UK", scammy Internet hosting companies, and bots trying to send us to a business's homepage. But after fighting the tidal wave of spam for so many years, the admins had a persistent thought: what if the spammers are right? Not in terms of posting nonsense links and trying to scam our users, but in trying to make money through our unique platform?

Well, thanks to the helpful counsel of Taunt, we have finally decided to move the forum in a new direction. Please see his important post on the matter in this topic

Good morning, GoF!

I'm considering posting one of my school writing projects here, a short story named "Mother," for your perusal, but I want to make sure of something before I post- are any potential readers fine with reading what is rather dark and/or disturbing content? There's nothing really M-rated here, maybe a hard "T" at best. Just want to know what you guys think. Thanks!

Maybe state exactly, what kind of potentially mature stuff is in there and notify the readers before starting the story? I'll probably read it, unless this is a story about people doing it I guess  :p

Nope, nothing sexual. Just a graphic scene and some disturbing themes. It's not much different than what's in most LBT fanfics- it's just that real people are involved instead.

I'll post it tonight with a short synopsis when I get back.
