The Gang of Five
Howdy, everyone!

As you know, the forum has been fighting spammers and bots for years. We have seen our fair share of "Custom Kitchens UK", scammy Internet hosting companies, and bots trying to send us to a business's homepage. But after fighting the tidal wave of spam for so many years, the admins had a persistent thought: what if the spammers are right? Not in terms of posting nonsense links and trying to scam our users, but in trying to make money through our unique platform?

Well, thanks to the helpful counsel of Taunt, we have finally decided to move the forum in a new direction. Please see his important post on the matter in this topic

Grandma's Lullaby

I was just watching LBT IV, and I noticed that at the end, Grandma Longneck looks creepily like a black mamba. Does anyone else notice that?
By the way, I love snakes! They are awesome. And I mean that I am creeped out by how closely she resembles a black mamba.

I don't think Black Mambas are creepy. I havn't seen it in ages, so I don't know, but I wouldn't think of her as looking like that (I really like snakes, thus, I don't think they've creepy)

I didn't notice that, maybe it could be since she moves around a lot more then usual.  In most of the movies doesn't she not move around very much since the focus is on grandpa longneck?

I assume that you are referring to near the end of the song "Grandma's Lullaby" (your post didn't mention it, but the topic title did).

I could see why one would thing that. Gray coloring, and the camera angle didn't show anything below grandma longneck's neck. One could perceive that as a resemblance to a black mamba. However, I didn't see anything creepy or different about her. It was just the way the camera was set.

Rewatching LBT IV again.
Love this song! One of few songs I never skip.

Always wanted to ask. What do you think. During the song sequence, there're baby flyers and their mom. And looking at them, especially at one of little flyers who pays attention to Littlefoot and Grandma... Can it be small callback to original movie, when another baby flyer of the very same kind tried to cheer Littlefoot after one more of his relative was gone, becoming part of great circle of life, as one another old wise dinosaur explained to Littlefoot, like Grandma did in her lullaby?.. Or is it just coincidence?

Oh yeah, I’m with you on that.

This is one of the songs in which Universal actually tried to make a good song instead of a song that sucks.

Still, this is #2 in my favorite songs list, which is right behind Friends for Dinner.

Huh, that's well spotted! I haven't thought about that before. Considering the scene is about Littlefoot potentially losing another family member, that would be a good time to make a call back!

I honestly never noticed an error like that. Mind posting a pic to show what you're talking about?

what do you mean by "error"?

I talked about potential call-back to original movie.
