The Gang of Five
Howdy, everyone!

As you know, the forum has been fighting spammers and bots for years. We have seen our fair share of "Custom Kitchens UK", scammy Internet hosting companies, and bots trying to send us to a business's homepage. But after fighting the tidal wave of spam for so many years, the admins had a persistent thought: what if the spammers are right? Not in terms of posting nonsense links and trying to scam our users, but in trying to make money through our unique platform?

Well, thanks to the helpful counsel of Taunt, we have finally decided to move the forum in a new direction. Please see his important post on the matter in this topic

More more specifically, Flash Player. I am no longer able to watch videos on Youtube in portable Opera. It keeps telling me to update my Flash Player, which I attempted to do so twice. The plugin installs into the portable folder of Opera, updating the files in the plugin folder. However, Opera still remains unable to view any videos; it continues to display the "Old Flash? Go Upgrade!" message, again despite the fact that I did update flash.

The issue is only with my portable copy of Opera; Firefox is still able to view the videos, however I fear that once Firefox needs to update the flash player, I'll no longer able to watch any videos on YT, or perhaps nowhere else either.
