The Gang of Five
Howdy, everyone!

As you know, the forum has been fighting spammers and bots for years. We have seen our fair share of "Custom Kitchens UK", scammy Internet hosting companies, and bots trying to send us to a business's homepage. But after fighting the tidal wave of spam for so many years, the admins had a persistent thought: what if the spammers are right? Not in terms of posting nonsense links and trying to scam our users, but in trying to make money through our unique platform?

Well, thanks to the helpful counsel of Taunt, we have finally decided to move the forum in a new direction. Please see his important post on the matter in this topic

For LBT Soundtrack Lovers

For those who really liked the LBT soundtrack (I would say that's most of us here) I have a recommendation for you if you seek some new tunes for your stale ipod collection.

James Horner, LBT's composer was a busy man in 1987-1988 and not only did he give us LBT's wonderful orchestral score, there was another score he worked on concurrently, and some have called it the sister score to LBT based on the themes, motifs, melodies, and such.  It is Horner's score to the movie, Willow.

The cd is far cheaper and readily available for those who seek another solid, classy experience in film music.  The album is even broken into "concert pieces" like LBT with long sweeping passages and themes.  The "If We Hold on Together" theme that is reminiscent and repeated often in LBT is similar to Willow's theme (and even Elora Danan's theme) in that you hear bits and pieces of this theme interwoven everywhere in the score.

Definitely worth trying LBT fans.  :exactly  :exactly
