Is Dil completely blind?

We know her sight, for whatever reason, isn't the best, and that she's gotta have poor vision, but I don't think she's totally blind as why would she have tried to throw Ducky up in the air and catch her if she couldn't see and she was jumping at Ducky too.  

(Also, I'm surprised that Ichy didn't try and fly and grab her, as he and Dil seemed at the breaking point, as she swatted him him right afterward, though perhaps that's because she almost ate him.)

No, she's not totally blind. In one scene, when she has Littlefoot cornered, she says "I see him!". She couldn't do that if she was completely blind.
