Ducky and Petrie's siblings

Ducky and Petrie have a lot of siblings...but why is it that they're never all together? Ducky is one of 13 twins, as she states in 6. Counting Spike, and the 7 or so that hatched in movie 2...she is 1 of about 21 siblings. And yet th most we usually see is 6. And Petrie has about 12 siblings as we saw in 12...yet we only usually see 3-5 apiece. Are these animation errors? Or are the artists too lazy too draw them all? Or is the director just too lazy to keep count?
