Anthony's been there since he was about 6, so I guess that would rank him fairly highly, about Class-C or B? The reason he hasn't been promoted to Class-A yet, which I'm guessing would be reserved for people leading the lower classes into the field, is because he's still pretty reckless.

Power (Major): Shapeshifting/Morphing and his nails can extend into claws.

Powers (Minor): Increased Agility and Stamina, increased senses.

Skills and talents: Swordplay, Archery, Tae Kwon Do, Stealth

Personality: Outgoing and a bit of a trickster, Defiant at times but loyal and courageous as well, especially to his friends. However, James resents mankind and holds non human beings in a higher regard, it is hard to gain his trust as a result.

Apparel (Civilian): A denim jacket, jeans a T-shirt and a union cap are his usual attire

Apparel (Hero/Villain Wear): His fox form, plus a cloak and leather armor.

Other Info: His entire family was murdered when he was just a child. James had grown up a bit of a social outcast and an orphan. He was given powers after encountering a Earth elemental and was inspired by the story of Reynard The Fox. He became Swift, defender of the weak to some and a spirit of vengeance to others.
