Change: How Well Do You Adapt?

Do you like change?  How do you handle it?  Does change stress you out?  When is change good?  When is change bad?

Only if change will improve something that I couldn't already achieve performing the task the way I was doing it before.  You have to do a lot convincing to get me to change but sometimes its worth the try just to fix a miniscule problem.
