Howdy, everyone!

As you know, the forum has been fighting spammers and bots for years. We have seen our fair share of "Custom Kitchens UK", scammy Internet hosting companies, and bots trying to send us to a business's homepage. But after fighting the tidal wave of spam for so many years, the admins had a persistent thought: what if the spammers are right? Not in terms of posting nonsense links and trying to scam our users, but in trying to make money through our unique platform?

Well, thanks to the helpful counsel of Taunt, we have finally decided to move the forum in a new direction. Please see his important post on the matter in this topic

Its the final countdown....to half a million!!!

Ummm... guess what, guys?  :facepalm  It turns out that there was an error in the forum's official total post count.  The discrepancy between the message number and the official post count was a hint that this was the case.  This was possibly due to some kind of artifact that came from our great migration from TapaTalk to our new home.  I have reran the statistics in the admin section and we now have the corrected post count... at 477233.

So on the downside we have not yet met the half a million milestone, but on the good side I am sure that we will reach it in due time.   :smile

I have no idea how to end this post so I will simply say what Ducky would probably say:  Oops eeps! The forum stats made a mistake!  :sducky
