Kay, I've gotten in the hang of drawing pics, but, I could use some help

1. Collages

2. Layers

3. Photo editing

Okay. There are tons of stuff to do with that stuff. I could write a book on it. What exactly do you need to do?

I want to make some collages, and I don't know how to do that, but I saw I need to do layers, but then, I don't know how to get new layers! And I don't know if I can write everything for photoediting

First off, What photoshop are you using? Is it photoshop CS2, CS3, CS3 Extended, or something older? It's different for every version.
