Nastiest Mutilations in Movies

I've started a thread where y'all can post what the nastiest mutilations in film are.  Here are a few of mine:

Getting one's eye cut off at the optic nerve(Hostel)
Getting fingers amputated for punishment(The English Patient)
Being thrown into a pit of syringes(Saw 2)
Getting a lancet shoved up one's nose(Last of the Mohicans)

*Though this new movie has gotten some bad reviews, there's a mutilation in "The Ruins" that sounds disgusting: some young German man gets a double amputation with a pocket knife.  Ouch!

So...feel free to add to the list .
