The Gang of Five
Howdy, everyone!

As you know, the forum has been fighting spammers and bots for years. We have seen our fair share of "Custom Kitchens UK", scammy Internet hosting companies, and bots trying to send us to a business's homepage. But after fighting the tidal wave of spam for so many years, the admins had a persistent thought: what if the spammers are right? Not in terms of posting nonsense links and trying to scam our users, but in trying to make money through our unique platform?

Well, thanks to the helpful counsel of Taunt, we have finally decided to move the forum in a new direction. Please see his important post on the matter in this topic

whats it like?

Noname didn't mention it but NY has some of the tougher education laws compared to the rest of the states.  A lot of teachers and kids hate the Regents standardized testing, but I've had others tell me you move south of say Pennsylvania and you'd wish you had NY's testing system.

I live in the upstate regions of NY where we don't have the money that the city has.  Maybe Paterson will throw us a bone or something.

(And yeah I noticed he isn't exactly any less corrupt than Spitzer was!)

If you're talking to me, I guess its sort of so.  Considering in NYC you can probably rent an itty bitty studio apartment for a year at $30,000, you can buy houses around here for that much.
