What time format do you prefer?

when i was younger, i always wanted to learn the 24 hour clock. i technically prefer it as every digital clock i have i set in 24 hour format, but very rarely will i actually say the time in 24 hour format

I guess it's about 50/50 that prefer 24 hour or standard.  There are some digital clocks you can't set to your prefered format, or at least 1 that I know of, which is to bad.  It seems my ds is one that is set to 24 hour, which I find mildly annoying.    Each style, I guess, has it's good and bad points.

I could not choose one, mostly i use both of them. I don¥t know really why, i think it is more comfortable to use it when i say it is 3 o clock in the afternoon than it is 15 o clock.
But when i wrote down the time anywhere here i ever use the 24 hour System! :unsure:

I prefer the standard time myself, only because I am used to it and to me it makes more sense than military time.

You just subtract 12 from military time to get Standard Time, right? (That better be right, or I've been screwing up my times for the last 15 years).

That doesn't seem too complicated. It's actually one of the simplest unit conversions I can think of (definitely easier than Celcius/Fahrenheit, or Meters/Feet)

For sure. I dislike all the formulas I need to remember for those calculations

Meh...not really fussed in all honesty coz I can use both systems. Although I do get them confused sometimes. E.g. I've read 1900hrs and told someone it was 9pm
