I have no idea what kind of a sailback lizard you mean.
If you're refeering to Dimentrodon, I'd say LBT1.
A dinosaur, I'd say Amargasaurus, that can be seen in the last minutes of LBTX.
Also, there's a Baryonyx/Irritator/Suchomimus/Acrocanthosaurus/Spinosaurus in LBTXII. No exact idea of the species.

There's also, in certain episodes, short scenes (often in the opening) showing mamal like reptiles, not sure if any of them belong to the Pelycosaurs (mamal like reptiles with sails).

Not sure if it gives you answer to the question, but that's all I know.
And if you speak of the TV series Episodes, I'm lost since I haven't seen all of them, and don't recall any sailbacked lizard from the ones I've seen.

Do well. Live well. And dress very well.

Yes, do you mean a dimentrodon or some other type?  There are scenes in various movies & episodes, very short scenes where they do show other types of dinos.

There are 3 creatures in the LBT series that had sails. There's Dimetrodon (which wasn't really a dinosaur) that appeared in the first LBT. There's Ouranosaurus which I think appeared in LBT7. And then there's Spinosaurus which appeared in LBT 12.

I don't think Dimetrodon appeared in the series, same with Ouranosaurus. But Spinosaurus appeared in "The Hermit of Black Rock".

There is also the longneck (Amargasauru I think they are called) that has a fin in it's neck that appears in some background shots of lbt 10.

Yes, I think that is what it was called.  I only remember the name since I have the 2 screenshots labeled as such but not being an expert in dinos I'm not sure if that is what it is or not.

Do you remember the scene the sailback appeared in or what was going on in the scene or the one before or after? It may help some folks pin down what episode or movie it was in.

No, she's talking about the Lizards with the small sail on it's back. It wasn't a dinosaur, it was a stock non-dinosaur filler.

Those lizards appear in many shots. When "Adventuring" is being sung in the TV episode about the Hidden Runner, one is seen running along the ground.

When Littlefoot is singing "When you're on your own" in LBT 6, he startles one.

One of the movies' introductions have a sailbacked lizard startled by a running herd of (I think) compsognathuses.

There are many other appearences, but those three come readily to mind. Since they've been seen in the Great Valley, the Mysterious Beyond, and in the forest of the Hidden Runner, it's safe to say they probably live all over the landscape. They must be pretty adaptable to new environments.
