Hailstorms can happen in the middle of July, usually accompanied by a twister.  Anyhoo, I'm positive a hailstone the size of a softball would whack him.  Even small hailstones hurt when they hit ya :o.  I would know, for I was outside on a warm day a couple of years ago when the sky suddenly darkened and hail the size of golfballs came down.  I managed to get inside quickly but not without being pelted by some, and it stings and hurts :!.  Maybe around golfball size would be ideal.

So Golfball sized Hail would not Kill Chomper, but give him a severe head injury?

Most likely.  Anything much bigger would almost certainly kill him.

Isn't that what Nick22 said before, well anyway it's decided the opening of the film will feature Golfball sized Hail (but if you think I'm wrong then tell me), Thank You.

P.S. What about this post here (that was made on May/05/2009 at 09:01 AM)

If a head injury is involved, I don't know if a plant can save him. If he is struck in the head hard enough that it will be fatal, I'm not sure if there's much they can do for him. That's brain damage there. I don't think a flower could help to be honest.

But if the hail piece had some kind of virus or bacteria (I think they can exist in the ice, but I could be wrong) and he gets sick as a result of that, then that could probably work and give a reason for the gang to find a special flower.
If your thinking that Chomper has to eat the plant, then your wrong the plant will be used like in this picture (The Bandages):

P.S. If the picture is creepy, then I'll find another one that's not creepy, if you tell me.

^ I'd rather you remove that picture from your posts. There are less creepy pictures to illustrated what a galea is.

Yeah. I'm not too comfortable with that picture myself.

Alright, the picture has been changed, so is it creepy as well or not?
