And adders are so...not dangerous at all. A bite from them would be like smashing your thumb with a hammer! It might hurt, but it doesn't do anything.
What I've read is that reactions to adder bites vary, like bee stings. For some people, it CAN be fatal if the bite is not treated, but adders are far from the most dangerous venomous snake out there.
I love snakes (all reptiles, really), and some of the ones that fascinate me most are venomous species. I'd rather not share my home with any of the kinds that could kill you, but that's just concern for self-preservation.

Same goes for sharks, spiders, stingrays, scorpionfish, bears, big cats, and other potentially dangerous animals.
Heck, even spiders somehow manage to look cute sometimes XD !
I second that! Have you ever seen a jumping spider? They're adorable!

Also, great picture, F-14! Garden spiders are gorgeous!

Eye-Eyes are a bit scary looking, but we all know that they're no harm at all...unless you're a termite.
Aw, and bull dogs are scweet! I think they're on the "friendliest dogs" list...despite what they were bred for, which would be bull (bovine) fighting. Hence why they look so ugly.[/color]
Personally, I think both bulldogs and aye-ayes are cute.

Aye-ayes mainly eat grubs, by the way, as well as fruit and nuts (A termite’s worst nightmare would be either ants or a pangolin

). Sadly, some local people in Madagascar believe aye-ayes to be a harbingers of death and misfortune, and kill the poor things on sight.

If there's any animal I find to be scary-looking, it's in the waaaaaay deep ends of the sea along side the anglers and gulperfish =P . But those little "Blorp fish" as I call 'em somehow manage to be creepy/cute.
Blorp fish…is that your catch-all term for weird deep-sea fish? If so, then you’re not alone in thinking they look “creepy-cute”.

I’ll name my own scariest critters later.
