I still don't know what gave my computer a massive virus about two months ago... while I don't think that it is this site, one cannot be too careful. It cost me over $400 to fix that problem...
$400 to remove a f****** virus?! That's why you just do a format. If you would have taken it to me I could have gotten your computer back to better-than-new condition and restored all your data in 2 hours.....3 tops. At $39 an hour that beats the hell out of whatever ripoff artist you used.

: You could have bought a whole new computer for that much!
I for one hate furaffinity. It's such a primitive site coded in an archaic language. All they did was snap some fancy looking images and aligned them over the code.

I use the hackernet database for EVERYTHING. They must have every single furry picture that is and ever was on the net there.

As for viruses on furaffinity, that's not very likely. No one encodes viruses inside pictures.

: Besides even if they did you wouldn't have to download the picture to get a virus. Just viewing it would allow the embedded .exe file to execute without permission through your web browser. But newer browsers have a lot of security measures to prevent that sort of thing. That's why people don't put viruses inside pictures anymore. That's the kind of dirty trick you pulled back in the days of Windows 95/98.
EDIT:
As for your problem Spyro, just use a browser other than IE and have AVG protecting your computer and you'll be fine. Though if you do these things AFTER you're infected without wiping the computer first it doesn't do much good. My advice to you would be to wipe your computer and install AVG and Firefox. Don't use IE again for anything but Windows updates and don't go looking at porn. Then you won't have a problem. I don't know why so many people have problems with viruses and crap. I certainly don't and I run dozens of computers. It's not like I'm doing anything special either. Though I don't click on ads at all. That might be part of the solution to your problems.
