Hey gang!

Thanks to pokeplayer for filling us in on loads of new upcoming Nintendo games announced at this year's E3. We've all got our sights on a few new big releases coming from some A-list game creators. Here are a few of mine.

Metal Gear Solid Rising - To everyone who shunned Raiden in MGS2: Sons of Liberty, I'm guessing this is Raiden's lash out. Konami and Kojima Productions have kept this game under tighter lock and key than a serial killer! The game is boasting a "cut what you will" mechanic where Raiden can simply....well...cut what he wants. The visuals are what I've come to expect from Komani considering their work on MGS4 (i.e. bloddy excellent! :DD) Warning! This link contains images of bloody violence so squeamish and the easily grossed best avoid this vid.

Dead Space 2 - Everyone who enjoyed being scared stupid by the first Dead Space can reap solace in the fact that EA plan to do it all over again. Have a spare change of undies handy of this one which apparently, promises to be more engaging and more horrifying than the first Dead Space. Again. WARNING for bloody violence and scary crap leaping at the screen. Faint of heart be warned!

Final Fantasy XIV Online - Following the trait of FF11, #14 is the next FF in the franchise to go entirely online. This time it is going across PC, 360 and (thank goodness) PS3. Since my laptop lacks the necessary components for playing FF11 online (namely a sodding graphics card :p  :DD ), I missed out on what FF11 had to offer. This one, however, will not escape me seeing as it's finally out for a piece of hardware I actually own and can cope with Square Enix's bog standard immense visuals and wonderful graphics. This is still in production and hasn't been given a release date as of yet but I'm willing to try this one. If any RPG title could get me into a WoW styled Dungeon & Dragons quest driven world, it would be Final Fantasy. Check it out!

Portal 2 - For everyone who was bowled over by the first one, or possibly just wanted a slice of cake, GLaDos is back and she's not happy. 2011 will see you in control of the Portal Gun once again trying to decipher tricks, traps and puzzles. Apologies for the poor quality of this vid but it does the job.

Assassin's Creed Brotherhood - Following on from AC2, Ezio continues his role as an assassin through the Renaissance period of Italy. This time, he's brought some friends. AC Brotherhood is boasting co-operative gameplay whereby multiple players (number not yet revealed) can team up to take down a specific target. Personally, I felt something was lost between the transition of AC 1 and 2 (something that I've yet to put my finger on) but with my love for online co-op games (i.e. Resi 5 etc) this could perhaps redeem itself in my eyes. Anyway, personal thoughts aside, check out this rather wonderfully crafted E3 trailer. Oh, and it's scheduled for 16th Nov 2010!

I'll stick with those for now but I'll add up new videos and announcements as and when I find them. Keep on gamin' ;)

Apparently they're planning to add the Steam platform to the PS3 (hence, calling it the "best console version"), which is really awesome. :wow

That is all from me. I'll let you guys fill in the rest for the other games - take it away, fellas.
