I saw that episode when it first aired, and already know the answer, so I won't tell.

What, specifically, is the “funniest part” that you speak of? (Or, if you'd rather let people find out for themselves for that, too, what time does it occur at?)

There's one funny moment that they didn't include in that episode. You can see it here at 06:29. (Actually, if you haven't seen “MythBusters Revealed” yet, you ought to watch the whole thing, starting here. There are A LOT of hilarious moments in this episode. )

P.S. When I first saw this thread, my first thought was “Uh-oh, did somebody or somebody's pet get sprayed by a skunk and they're asking for advice?” I was relieved to see that that wasn't the case.

Mythbusters does seem like a show I would enjoy.  I'm glad at least some stuff of theirs is on youtube.
