The Gang of Five
Howdy, everyone!

As you know, the forum has been fighting spammers and bots for years. We have seen our fair share of "Custom Kitchens UK", scammy Internet hosting companies, and bots trying to send us to a business's homepage. But after fighting the tidal wave of spam for so many years, the admins had a persistent thought: what if the spammers are right? Not in terms of posting nonsense links and trying to scam our users, but in trying to make money through our unique platform?

Well, thanks to the helpful counsel of Taunt, we have finally decided to move the forum in a new direction. Please see his important post on the matter in this topic

Has anyone ever read the book To Sir, With Love?  Good book.  I did a book report on it this summer.  Some of you may have seen the movie which is probably more well known than the book.  I liked both the movie and the book.

I saw "A Scanner Darkly" last week.  Which as based off the 1977 novel by Phillip K Dick.  I also have the graphic novel, unlike most book to movie films, "A Scanner Darkly" is accurate to the book.  And in the movie they used this really cool form of animation called "rotoscoping" where they shoot the movie in live action and animate over it.  It's a really cool movie.  Here's a trailer I found on YouTube.

A book I can really recommend to everybody is "The never ending story" by Michel Ende. Don't let yourself be frightened away by rather poor movie adaptations of the book, it is really awesome and telling more than a story for mere entertainment (which certainly doesn't come too short either).
