Howdy, everyone!

As you know, the forum has been fighting spammers and bots for years. We have seen our fair share of "Custom Kitchens UK", scammy Internet hosting companies, and bots trying to send us to a business's homepage. But after fighting the tidal wave of spam for so many years, the admins had a persistent thought: what if the spammers are right? Not in terms of posting nonsense links and trying to scam our users, but in trying to make money through our unique platform?

Well, thanks to the helpful counsel of Taunt, we have finally decided to move the forum in a new direction. Please see his important post on the matter in this topic

Being a PS1 rather than an N64 kid when I grew up, I figured I wanted to make a topic listing, well, se the topic title.

My top 5 fav PS1 games:

1. Final Fantasy VII
2. Final Fantasy VIII
3. Spyro: Year of the Dragon
4. Klonoa: Door to Phantomile
5. Muppet Race Mania

5. Ape Escape! Ape Escape is arguably one of PlayStation's most original platform titles.

4. Grandia! PlayStation gamers were given what fans of the Sega Saturn had been hoping to get for years -- a English version of Game Arts' masterful role-playing gem, Granida.

3. Spyro the dragon 3! Good graphics, good story, and great gameplay.

2. Crash Bandicoot Warped! Crash Bandicoot served as PlayStation's mascot and the system's answer to Sega's Sonic the Hedgehog and Nintendo's Mario.

And my fav of ALL time is 1. Metal Gear Solid! Created by the legendary designer of such all-time classics like the previous versions of Metal Gear, plus Snatcher and Policenauts, Metal Gear Solid was released in October of 1998 as one of the system's most hotly anticipated games of its time.

i actually didn't lay the first Spyro games until after the legend series began, and i haven't played very many PS1 games as I didn;t get into playstation until playstation 2 an 3 came out.

Got loads of fav PS1 games. Like the N64 one, can't really rank them one over the other so here a fav 5 of mine in no partciular order:

Resident Evil 3: Nemesis
Metal Gear Solid
Final Fantasy 7
Marvel Vs Capcom
Dino Crisis 2
