Actually, Satam is considered one of the better Sonic cartoons. It's this one that's considered the worse.

Scratch: "Hail and well, friend. What honor does this visit owe! Shall we be off to the Vergelli's Opera tonight, or perhaps some Hamlet?"
Grounder: "Neither! Tonight, we shall venture forth to the to the works of Wagner."
