I have many favorite cheeses but I'll just put in three.
My third favorite would have to be Swiss cheese! Those holes and that white color gives it a unique look and is perfect for sandwiches. It doesn't have much of a smell but its still gooooood!
My second favorite is Acapella which is a soft cheese made from goat's milk. Acapella comes in different forms such as: Pyramid, round(my personal favorite) and ashed round!
My absolute favorite is Amish Bleu Cheese straight from Wisconsin!

I'll take Bleu Cheese over Cracker Barrel anyday!
I use most of my other cheeses for lasagna.
I'll use my Bleu cheese for what I call; "The Double Bleu Boiger Deluxe!"
I'll use Swiss for my "Chicken Oogafredo Swisso!"
And For Acapella I'll just eat it with ham and crackers as a snack!
