Recently, Petrie has taken up a habit of stalking his neighbors. After he was arrested and his camera seized, the photos were examined. This is the only one deemed "fit for the public". It is believed he accidentally trigered the camera somehow, taking a shot of his reaction to seeing the girl next door in a "state of undress", so to speak.
