Lily nodded. "Why are you covered in blood?" she asked.

"I was trying to help someone," Grandpa answered.

"That kid who tried to kill Littlefoot?" Lily questioned. Grandpa just nodded in reply.

"I'm afraid it might end up being like that soon," Grandpa concluded gravely. "My guess is that he went to Grandma and Taro and the fast biters attacked him." He felt a stab of pain in his heart when he remembered the family he had left behind.

Nahla gasped "I see fastbiters around him" she backed up more and more till she crashed into the base of Grandpa's neck.

Grandpa was shocked to hear this. From what he had heard Lily had been through a lot.

Zimba opened one eye to look at the face biters before closing it again in pain.

(I think Zimmy was to kill off/cut out Zimba in this RP but not sure)

Back at the place in the valley where Grandma and Taro were resting, Ahra sniffed the air, her face was blank.

"Looks like some of us are getting a good meal tonight," she muttered.

A female fastbiter began the chase snapping at the tail of the longneck.

Jenna nodded "Here I am"

Littlefoot poked his head out from around his mothers neck showing he was too here.

Grandpa heard the cries and his face was full of horror. He hated anyone screaming since the day he thought he lost Taro for good.

Back in the valley Grandma also heard the screams and pressed her eyes shut, trying to block it out.

Taro didn't have much of a reaction to it; he had lived with the fast biters for so long that he had learned to ignore it.
