Aside from The Land Before Time I can only think of The Walking Dead. It hasn't been held in very high regard in the past, but in my opinion, it has become better once again. Season 9 is definitely one of my favorite seasons.

There are very few YouTubers who I follow nowdays. Mostly I just follow a Finnish YouTuber called LaeppaVika. You probably won't understand most of the stuff that this guy does, but imo, he is the best one in Finland.

I don't believe so. Most of the ideas that I have wanted to see have already been done. Like the Gang turning into sharpteeth, the gang as adults. But if my mind changes, or I come up with something, I will let people know. Great question, by the way.
