The Gang of Five
Howdy, everyone!

As you know, the forum has been fighting spammers and bots for years. We have seen our fair share of "Custom Kitchens UK", scammy Internet hosting companies, and bots trying to send us to a business's homepage. But after fighting the tidal wave of spam for so many years, the admins had a persistent thought: what if the spammers are right? Not in terms of posting nonsense links and trying to scam our users, but in trying to make money through our unique platform?

Well, thanks to the helpful counsel of Taunt, we have finally decided to move the forum in a new direction. Please see his important post on the matter in this topic

No "Raya" topic yet? You guys are slouching.

SPOILERS ABOUND

I was almost afraid it'd be too political when it leaned in heavy with the "WE NEED COME TOGETHER" message at the beginning a bit too strongly. Then it picked when... everything goes wrong for everyone. It was a thoroughly enjoyable, fun, funny, and emotional movie. Sisu the Last Dragon is an absolute delight of a character, and I grinned every time she was on-screen. And man, this film went darker at the end than I was anticipating.

And that third act, I have to say, I don't think I've seen the supporting cast of a Disney film this empowered in a long, long time. I liked how Raya's companions stayed on-mission while she was busy throwing her temper tantrum and were the ones to FINALLY really start to get through to her when everything was going to literal Hell. I think the last time I saw the plucky comic relief do this much in the finale of a Disney film was when Fagan and the dogs saved Oliver and Jenny from Sykes in Oliver and Company.

So, it was actually pretty refreshing. 8.8/10.

The toys are offically at McDonalds. So I imagine Disney will soon put it up on Disney+ for a fee.

Right, I forgot every place doesn't have an open theater yet.

I think even with Disney+ you have to pay to rent it, just like with Mulan.

Alas, yeah. The theaters in my city have been closed down for several months now.

I think even with Disney+ you have to pay to rent it, just like with Mulan.

Just checked; looks like that is indeed the case, since it's still in theaters elsewhere at the moment. So I'll probably wait until it's no longer in theaters and then see if I can stream it normally.
