I was trying to avoid the problem we have been having so far in the game of the clues giving away the answer (as my second clue basically did). I agree though, it was pretty vague. In a cryptogram, I always thought of the clue to be a vague lead in the direction to take the puzzle, not a direct path towards the answer. Then again, most crytograms give the players more than one word to work with to solve it, too.

I really think a cypto game needs longer cryptograms. A single word just doesn't let the player work out the missing letters. A phrase or sentence would be much more appropriate. This game is more like hangman than cryptograms.
