Sorry...I only know so many Wierd Al songs, and this isn't one of them. The closest I can come to is the one called Heart Attack #5 because it mentions food, but this isn't it.

Yes, that is the song pardoy of, only it's called Men in Brown and it was about the UPS strike. Probably wasn't one of the more popular ones....
