Can someone teach me to draw

Hello everybody.I want to learn to draw,because I don't succed in doing it,below is the ,,best" of what I can draw.Could  you guys give me some tips on how to get good at drawing,how to draw in certain style(like the Lbt one,because I like it a lot)and recommend me some cheap drawing programs.I know that drawing requires time and that I will not learn drawing in short period of time,but you know,I often try drawing,and I never get better,and I finally want to get good at doing it.

My advice, if you wanted to improve at the LBT art style, would be to use the LBT Wiki. That's what I do. They have a great selection of pictures for whatever character you would want to draw!
