Don't you find it strange that Etta repeats her sister's advice word for word? Moreover, Etta is very enthusiastic about sister's motto. Etta also mentions that her sister went crazy after running headfirst into a tree. But what we see is that Etta herself gives the impression of being some kind of crazy.
