Guido looked at the spot where the rift had vanished. "Maybe they went back to where they came from, and with the sky rift closed they can't get back here." He said, which could mean they were still alive.

Malo sighed staring at the screen "No... the shuttle was destoryed... scans show there is pieces of shuttle with traces of sublight particles attached to them floating in space where the rift was once was..." Malo turn to Guildo "None of them made it... they knew and still the did what was right, we and everyone on this world lives thanks to them. They died as heros" Malo gave a smile "Captain will always be alive in our hearts and memiors, never forget what he did for us all. He could of let this world burn from the rip but he didn't he and the others Vil and Sli saved us all." Commander Malo felt sad but she was very happy that Andrew saved everyones lives.

(Littlefoot and Petrie got to speak! Dash might not show up so someone take over for the moment please)

Littlefoot looked at the spot where they had gone. "They gave more to so many that will never know them then many before them or after will likely do." He said with a tear in his eye.

Petrie nodded, "Me miss them. Me never forget them." He said also with a tear in his eye. Guido went over and patted Petrie on the shoulder, he felt much the same as Petrie did and had a tear in his eye also.

"Yea." He said, not knowing or wanting to say much else.

Topys turn to them all moving is eyes away from the sky "Come on children... everyone lets go back to the Great Valley... there isn't much else we can do here." Topys spoke gentle to the kids feeling a bit of sadden pain from what happened.

Malo shut the computer and picks it up "Yes I gather that be best" Malo agreed to Topys.

Fang and Swift looked at them then back to the spot the ship was once was "We'll stay here for now. We wish to pay our private respect for Sli, she was our leader and we wish to do this."

Fang nods to what Swift said "Yes and we will be there in a hours time" Fang told them

Longtail at his point didn't need to say anything and just nodded his head as he followed Topsy and the others back into the Great Valley 'I do wish I could talk to Andrew one last time and thank him for what he did for us...it was so noble.' he said to himself.

Guido and Petrie got on Littlefoot. The three of them stood there looking at the spot till Cera's dad called to them.

"Coming sir." Littllefoot said sadly and started walking back to where Mr. Tops was, walking slower with his head and tail drooping a bit in his sadness. The to passengers had similar postures.

"Thanks Andrew" Cera whispers looking to the sky with a tear falling from one eye running down her snout then turn to join the others.

Ducky gets on Spike and both feeling sad they head off back to the valley as well. Malo nods to the two humaniod raptors and turn to head to the Great Valley knowing far well she'll never see Andrew again. "Captain you reckless idiot... but in the end you did what was best and that what we all should remember from your braviory" Malo said to herself on track back to the Valley.

Over the Great Valley the Sun raise vanishes from the sky as it drops behind the Great Wall. Malo sat by a tree next to the river watching the orange sky darken, Swift and Fang stood not too far watching the sky as well all feeling the lose of a higher ranked officer and friend lost saving the world. Littlefoot and his friends haven't heard a word spoken from them since they got home, Malo had a long service on the starship as the cheif medcile officer.

"It not going to be the same without the Captain around... but that if the Cretaceous ever find us here." Malo whispers to herself "I can easily change my form and live my life here but the other two are soilds and it will be different but I think they will manage" Malo the sighs looking to the sky again watching the first stars show themselves.

Cera standing with the others not too far saw Malo just sitting there staring at the sky "Wow those three really must be hurt inside"

"Maybe others from where they are from will come looking for them and rescue them." Guido said.

Littlefoot nodded, "Their friends and family would try to rescue them." He said.

"It possible, but when?" Petrie asked.

"The loss of pain gets easier to live with over time." Littlefoot said, knowing from first hand experience thinking to himself that what Rooter said was correct.

(Okay once again I am so sorry. I keep doing this. I'm making a vow right here and now that I will come yo this site at least once a day. Once again I am very sorry my problem is I am a huge Procrastinator. I wait until the last minute to do just about everything. I have been given a few chances and I blew them. Malo opened the computer up and look at the screen tapping on the pad then suddenly the probe over the planet caught a strange reading "Sublight particles with a phase theriante of 0.2?" Malo then gets a visiual link. "what is that? 900,000km from the moon?" What was Malo was seeing was a cloud of sublight moving away from th planet but it was only limited to a small area about 10km and seem to be in one section appearing and vanishing.

Then it seem to move away into the end that it faded away to and her eyes raised "It the USS Cretaceous!" Malo said very loudly with amazment, Fang and Swift got up from where they sat and went over behind her and saw it too on the sreen. "No idea what the hell that cloud of sublight particles was but it had a temporal and phase theriante. The ship just appeared from it."

Cera blinked a few times "But I was joking about it appearing out of thin air..."

"Malo it good to hear from you" Turla's voice came

"Turla I got bad news..." Malo took a deep breath

"What is it?"

"Captain is gone" Malo told Turla but the reaction she got shocked her

"What are you talking about? The Captain in sickbay being treated with 10 others from prelonged heat exposision from the planet's collapse" Turla explained

This was heard by the others.

"Sounds like he did make it. Maybe only parts of his ship was damaged." Guido said happily then started jumping up and down in his happiness.
