Diver nods looking over at Littlefoot, "For one I'm not sure who to ride, and for another wondering if there will be enough green food for the time we will have to be underground following this flowing water." She said.

Mim finished testing the vine and figured while she could tie Longtail to herself by herself having help would be much easier. At Diver's speech Mim nodded, "It does depend. How long did you have to travel underground in caves before you came out?" She asked looking at Littlefoot and the others who had been there before.

Cyrix looked over to Diver and said "Don't worry if there is an underground river...I'm sure there will be plenty of green food as well." He then looked over to Mim and said "Well since the other children know the way better than we do...I think when Onyx comes back we'll depart."

Ducky noticed what Cyrix said. "Well, it¥s very long, of course, but there should be enough greenfood for us.

Diver nods, and goes over to climb onto Littlefoot's back. "I do hope there is enough for everyone to eat in there." She said.

Mim nods, "I'm sure there will be, I was in a cave for quite some time and found some food, though some if it was a bit icky tasting in the deep dark areas. I'm sure though between Spike's sniffer and both of you swimmer's ability to dive deep underwater we'll find enough green food during our trip."

Cyrix happens to see Onyx returning and calls out "Okay children...we are going to continue onward!" Onyx landed gently next to Littlefoot and Cera and asked "Do you want another ride, or would you like your friends to help you walk?" Cyrix looked over to Mim and asked "Do you need any help tying the vine around you?"

Cyrix nodded and started to help Mim tie the vine around her back, but as he tried to tie the vine to Mim's belly he realized he would have to physically touch her and the idea of it made him blush...and as he finished tieing the vine to her belly, he only blushed harder, and hoped she didn't turn around to ask him a question.

Onyx nodded to Ducky and looked over to Cera and asked "Well would you like a ride with me again, or try to walk?"

Mim remained with her back mainly to Cyrix, her tail moving a bit side to side, so she missed seeing his blush, or if she did catch a glimpse of it she didn't say anything.

Diver nodded, "Up to you Cera, you can walk or let your leg rest and ride."

Cera tried to walk a bit and as she noticed that her leg didn¥t hurt that much she said: "It¥s okey. The pain isn¥t that bad.

Onyx nodded at Cera and said "Very well, let's get a move on then." But as Cyrix was finishing tying Longtail to Mim's back he heard his nephew whisper something. 'N...new......comers...here.' Cyrix was indeed confused but voiced this news regardless...

"I need everyone to listen for a moment..." He then gave the others a chance to look over to where he was as he continued... "Longtail says that some newcomers are nearby...if they are friendly I would like to welcome them to join us...but if they are not friendly...well…" Cyrix really didn't want to think about the latter possibility of them being hostile. And at that very moment a swimmer and feathered fast biter walked around a boulder and stood there for a moment....unsure of what to do.

(Well, here's the post where Nimrod and Chiletrek ((Hope I spelled your name right! :unsure: )) Get to bring there OC's into this RP! )

Diver screamed "sharptooth." When she saw the fastbiter and held on tighter to Litttlefoot so she would not fall off reguardless of what should decide to do.

Mim growled a bit and turned to face the newcomers, "Actually a type of fastbiter." She said glaring at it with anger and ready to fight it till the others got far enough away.

Without saying a word, the little raptor could do nothing but to stare at the big group of leaf-eaters, however, the eyes of one of them called strongly his attention, there were Mim's eyes: "so much rage" - thought to himself - "I've seen that before". He put himself in a defensive position.

Cyrix looked at the newcomers, and rested one of his hands on Mim's and he said "Wait just a moment..." He took a closer look at the fast biter and smiled as he replied "Don't worry Mim we have nothing to fear from these two... You stay here and watch over Longtail for a moment while I go talk to them." With that Cyrix stood up and walked over to the two newcomers and stopped in front of them and said

"May I ask why you two are here and what you plan to do?"

Diver remained holding onto Littlefoot as firmly as she could, not sure if she wanted to look or closer her eyes, she finally decided to leave her eyes open since not knowing could be worst.

Mim didn't make a move to attack but was letting the Fastbiter make the first move. She did make sure she was standing between the kids and the fastbiter, if she could, before Cyrix even came over to her. And if she wasn't between it and the kids she moved now to be so.

Hello. The swimmer said. My name is Ecco and this is my friend Cayso. I know, he is a fast-bitter, but he don¥t want to do something bad. This is hard to believe, I know. But he helped me to fight a sharptooth and since this moment we are good friends. We listened a bit to your discussion, that you are searching for the nightflowers for your nephew. My friend too. His brother is very ill because of the dark smoke and I think if we would search the flower together, that would be better. Special because of the fact that my friend here can speak sharptooth and also our language. He could be our translater if we are going to meet some. And he is an excellent fighter. So, if it would be okey, could we travel with you? I promise you, Cayso just eat little things, like insekts. He wouldn¥t hurt anyone.

Littlefoot stood there and watched with much exciting the two newcomers. Don¥t be afraid Diver. I think they don¥t want to do anything mad. They would have attacked us yet, if they wanted to be mad.

Diver looked up, "They are not mean? And the sharptooth knows our language and is not mean, like Chomper?" She asked looking up at Littlefoot then over at Cyrix. She was a bit surprised since she expected all sharpteeth, except for Chomper, to be mean and not know their language.

Mim kept her eye on the sharptooth not trusting him, certainly not after what happened to her family & friends, plus all of her experiences to date with them.
