Ali's mother nods, "I can. It has been a while since I've been here but I remember the way, even after the land changed and the other creatures moved in and longnecks became unwelcome there." She said.

"I wonder if we will see Archie or Tickles again." Ali says.

"Friends of yours?" Mim asked.

"I remember my sister mentioning those names, I certainly do." Diver said.

"Who are they dear?" Ali's mother asked her daughter.

"Archie was a large swimming hardshell and Tickles was a little fuzzy creature. They were both nice and helped us." Ali said. She then looked at those who at been to the land of mists with her before, "You guys remember them, don't you?" She asked them.

While Cayso is hearing what Ali is commenting, his mind was really thinking in the place they are all right now - "This place looks very good for a herd of Fast-bitters to live in..." - Cayso gave a small look at Scarface and Blue-eye, checking if they have no problems, specially with all of Scarface's wounds, while still thinking. - "...but if Scarface and Blue-eye were hungry when they found us, then that means this place is not as inhabited as I thought it would be, I just wonder why?".

After a bit, Cayso finally gathered some courage and gave a deep breathe before asking the huge Longneck - "Excuse ma'am, do you think then we are now truly close to the Nightflowers?."

What¥s,... what¥s happening with me? Scarface asked hisself, as the things he saw, began to get blurry. I,... can¥t... stand. With that he slipped from Blue-eyes shoulder and felt to the ground. He didn¥t see anything. Just a white flashing light.

Cyrix turned around when he noticed Scarface slipped to the ground and he immediately said "What just happened?"

Hunter turned around and looked concerned as she noticed Onyx flying out of the sky. Hunter then asked "IS he okay?"

Onyx landed and shrugged his shoulders and replied "I don't know. I would hope so...but he is still breathing, so that's a good sign, but he looks sick."

Cayso saw what happened too, but he got paralized with his eyes widening as he saw how Scarface hitted the ground. - "No.... this, this can't be....." - that was all he could say, and a mix of feelings like fear and guilt began filling his veins again.

Blue eye tried to catch Scarface as he fell. He wasn't quite fast enough,but did manage to slow his fall enough so, hopefully, no additional damage from the fall was done. He looked at Cyrix & Hunter, "He just said something about what is happening and that he could not stand. What is wrong?" Blue eye asked with concern in his voice.

Cyrix walked over and patted Cayso on the shoulder and said "Try to relax, I know this is a very frighting experience but letting your fear take hold won't help anyone." He then turned to Mim and asked "Should we try to see if he's sick with the Dark Smoke?"

Hunter smiled as she watched Cyrix keep the others calm in such a situation like this. "Its just so inspiring."she said

Mim nods, "I'd be glad to help." She said and moved over closer.

"I hope he's ok." Ali said.

"I do too, I certainly do." Diver said, showing concern.

"If needed I can carry him, if it's ok to move him." Ali's mother said.

The white flashing disappeared now, and Scarface didn¥t notice any longer what was happening around him. He was in something like... a vision, if one can call this a vision. Suddenly, the body of Scarface began to shiver, his body bow itself to a bridge and his wounds began bleeding again.

Oh my, what is happening with this poor guy, Ecco asked. Fast, we need something to stop the bleeding.

Cayso managed to get back to his senses - "Ecco is right, we need more of that moss Mim used on him and me before." - Cayso began walking, getting closer to Scarface and trying to get a closer look to his injuries, specially the ones on the neck.

Cyrix nodded and said "Yes, that is a very wise choice..." he turned to Mim and asked "Where can we get more of that moss? We need to stop the bleeding quickly!"

Mim looked from Scarface to Cyrix, "Besides caves it grows in some dark places, shadow places that seldom feel the bright circle." Mim said.

"We need to hurry, we certainly do." Diver said.

"What can we do?" Blue eye asked, concerned about his friend.

"We need to look for more of that moss stuff." Ali said seeing some of it in the cave she was briefly in and some on the others present.

We sure nees some moos, Ducky said. Than she noticed Spike who was eating some. She climbed down from Mims back, and went to Spike, catching the last moos Spike had in his mouth. Give it to me Spike, we need it.

Spike felt Ducky pulling on the moss he was eating and groaned in protest unaware of the situation at hand, he continued to pull back wanting to finish what he had in his mouth, but it seemed his adoptive sister wouldn't let go. Spike feeling he had no other choice finally gave in and let the moss fall from his mouth. He then turned around and went to the exit of the cave and started eating some more of the moss growing on the wall.

Cyrix noticed this and smiled as he walked over and said "Spike one of our friends is hurt we need this green food to help him...can you stop eating for a while please?"

Spike looked up and sighed while nodded his head in agreement

Ducky took the moos and went over to Cyrix and the others. Here, I¥ll see if I can find more. With that she went away again, to search for more moos.

Scarface was still shivering. Than his eyes opened and his pupils turned away in a strange way. But he was still in something like a trance.

"You go and find some, Ali and I'll stay with Scarface to protect him and keep him company." Ali's mother said with Ali nodding to what she said.

"Let's get the various things we used to treat the fastbiter's wounds when we were in the cave. It'll be faster if more then 1 goes, but some should stay with him." Mim said to the others.

Ducky just came back with the next moos, as Scarface skyrocked and screamed. NOOOOO!!! Not this way, pleaassee, not this wayy!! Than he jumped up, his wounds still bleeding, felt after some strugling to the ground again and slept for a long time.

Cayso was unsure of what to do, but until the others return with more moss, he began applying some pressure at both sides of Scarface's main neck injury to try to stop, or at least to delay, more bleeding. After realizing Scarface was now sleeping, he looked at Blue-Eye - "What were those screams about? it is the first time something like this happens to him?."

Blue eye nodded. He's never done anything like this before." He said worried. He went to a bush not to far off and got some leaves, pulling off some of the larger ones he went back and put them over the wounds that the leaves could cover and used some pressure to try to slow or stop the bleeding till the others could return.

Mim jogged over to where Ducky was. She stopped and lifted Diver off of her back and set her down next to where Ducky had gotten some moss. "Here, you help your sister while I go in a bit deeper." She said setting Diver down who nodded. Mim then switched to her sort distance but fast running sprinting speed and went deeper into the caves to get some moss.

Diver went over to where some moss was and pulled off a piece. It was of the size that it was the only one she could carry. When she pulled off the moss the force of her pulling made her fall back on her tail into a sitting down position with the moss in her hands. She then got up and hurried over to where Scarface was.

Ali, not sure what to do did similar to Blue eyes, going to the bush to get some leaves and dropping them onto Scarface. She lifted her tail and gently rubbed a part of Scarface that had no wounds on it. "Just you relax, you'll be ok soon." Ali said to him trying to comfort him. Ali's mother looked around to see if any sharpteeth or fast biter were around. She raised on her back 2 legs to briefly add to her height to see a bit farther to check.
