Longtail looked down at Brandor with a sad face. He then stepped behind him and whispered into his ear: "Alright...I will grant your wish. You may have been my enemy in this life, but...maybe when we meet again, we can be friends. And if not...then I'll be waiting for another fight." Longtail then stepped on Brandors neck to hold him in place, then raised his right wing and extended his claws and brought them down, digging into the back of his neck hard.

Cyrix for a moment had to look away as his nephew gave the killing blow. He knew Longtail didn't want to do it, but in this case he had no choice. Cyrix then looked at Longtail and gave a sympathetic nod to show he wasn't angry.

Be sure, we¥ll meet again, Brandor said before Longtail made the deathly strike in his neck. His muscles crenched, but short after they relaxed again. Now Brandor was finally dead.

Scarface got smashed and hit his head with Blue-eye. In something like a hug they both fell to the ground. Scarface, who was lying on the ground grabbet Blue-eyes¥s throat and tried to push him down of him. Let go!

OOC: Wasn't Scarface battling against Swiftclaw?. Sorry but I got a bit confused :blink:.

IC: Swiftclaw didn't want to let go, and placed his hands around his opponent's neck. This was turning into a deadly competition - "there's no way... I'll let go!". - The Fast-biter was angered, Scarface has proven to be a formidable foe to battle with, and Brandor's death has left them with a serious disadvantage.

Cayso decided to leave the bushes he was hidding and went close to Longtail while still keeping an eye on both Scarface's battle and in Darkness. He arrived next to Brandor's dead body, he looked at it for a second and then he saw Longtail. - "I came to see if some extra help was needed. I think I was wrong. I think Scarface can handle that Fast-biter, but what about the last one?."

Longtail turned to face Cayso.
"I would let the last one go, but chances are he's going to fight us anyway, and I'd rather not have him getting away to tell the rest of his pack that were here. So, lets take him out together shall we Cayso?" questioned Longtail with a smile.

Darkness was torn between helping Swiftclaw and turning tail and giving a warning back to the pack. He was about to turn and run when he realized he was facing Longtail, Cayso and Cyrix. "Well...I get to take one of you with me when I die...I guess that will have to do!" said the fastbiter as he charged at the trio of dinosaurs intent on killing at least one of them.

Cayso looked at Longtail and gave a wide grin - "So, two battles in just one night?... that's not bad. Let's do this Longtail." - Cayso charged just as he saw Darkness doing it, his oppenent attacking him with his claws directly into the kid's heart. Cayso managed to get his hand closed as a fist, blocking Darkness's attack and using his other hand to grab the bigger Fast-biter's wrist.
Cayso is in not good position, but he smiled as he has trapped one of Darkness hands.

Longtail never one to waste a good chance to attack jumped at Darkness and bit down hard on his one free hand and wouldn't let go. He applied as much pressure as he possibly could to keep the fast-biter from attacking.

Darkness gave a cry of pain as he felt Longtail biting into his hand, and could tell that Cayso had his other hand caught, so now they were all there locked in combat, no one able to make another move, to attack or defend.

Tears came out of Scarface¥s eyes as Swiftclaw squezed his throat. You¥ll...trust me. He then placed his feet under the stomach of his opponent and pushed him in the air, hoping that Swiftclaw would let go.

Longtail looked over to Cayso hoping he'd have some sort of plan to get the upper claw on Darkness before he overpowered them.

Longtail's bit made Darkness' to loosen his previous attack on Cayso, so the kid took advantage of the situation and as he could set free his own hand, used his opponent's wrist as a support, bending his body as he grabbed Darkness's upper arm with his other hand, using it as a beam to balance himself and giving a spin, fast enough to use both of his feet to give a hard kick to the big Fast-biter's face.

In the mean time, Swiftclaw could avoid having to release Scarface's neck as he was sent away but his opponent's movement. After standing up, he could just feel rage, he gave a very loud screech and began running towards Scarface, making wild strikes with his claws in an attempt to take him down, it is obvious that Swiftclaw lost control.

Darkness couldn't hold on to both of the targets he was fighting as he felt the tail whip from Cayso meet his face. He stumbled backwards letting Cayso go in the process and after realizing longtail was still holding on, he threw his hand to the ground and was glad to see the flyer letting go of his hand. He then decided to take this lucky chance and kicked Longtail in the belly forcing him to roll across the ground.

He then turned to face Cayso with one working claw he still attacked without any trace of fear. 'Come and get me!" he screamed with hatred in his voice.

Scarface got a blurry vision as he got up again. But he realised soon enough that Swiftclaw was attacking him. He stept to the left side, grapping Swiftclaws right hand with his left one as he jumped and smashed his knee in Swiftclaws face.

Swiftclaw received the attack directly and the blow was strong enough to make the fast-biter to bleed. He then landed hard on the ground, looking with anger at Scarface... or, at least, trying to look at him as everything turned black. Swiftclaw realized he lost the combat, and fainted.

Cayso looked at Darkness yelling at him and replied - "You asked for it!" - Cayso runned towards Darkness and then he used the grass to slide and as he got even closer, Cayso used his tail to gave himself some impulse up and used his feet to reach darkness' left leg, jumping so he could reach his opponent's back. Once up he began attacking Darkness, hoping to get some damage done.

Scarface saw that Swiftclaw wouldn¥t start one more attack now and and knelt down next to him. Listen, I don¥t want to hurt you. That¥s the last thing I want to do. See, I think the main problem is, that you want to eat my friends or even myself. But I don¥t want that, because they saved my life. I mean, how would you feel if someone would want to eat your friends? Even if it are leafeaters?

Swiftclaw managed to open his eyes again, and looked at Scarface, curiosity invading him - "I don't understand... they are prey, why would they save your life?" - he was exhausted, gaving fast short breathes - "... how could you resist the urge to eat them?... give me an answer, I need to know."

Once they saved your life, you¥ll think differently. All our herdmembers are selfish assholes. I noticed that, because I know that one can have a much better environment in a herd, after I met those leaf eaters. They are helping each other and they are kind to each other. Something I never really noticed in our herd. We are just hunting. That¥s all I can tell about it.

Darkness was expecting the straight forward charge, but when Cayso slid on the grass under his feet, that caught Darkness off guard and for his lapse in concentration Darkness felt several deep claw marks against his skin, and felt an extreme amount of pain.

Longtail had just stood up with help from Cyrix, and both were watching Cayso take on Darkness. Longtail had been trying to get his uncle to let him go so he could help, but Cyrix refused for fear of his nephews safety.

Swiftclaw looked at Scarface, and he nodded as he knew he was telling the truth. - "I'd like to learn more from you, but then it would only be me, because if we don't get back to the herd, then all the hatchlings will grow as we did." - The Fast-biter stood up again, very slowly as his injuries make things difficult, asking Scarface. - "you are a great fighter, why you did never show these abilities in the herd?"

Cayso was still attacking, but Darkness began making fast movements, trying to get rid of his opponent, Cayso did his best effort to keep up with the attack, but eventually he was repelled and thrown away. As Cayso hit the ground, he was able to stand up quickly, keeping a defensive stance because he knows the trick will not work twice, and Darkness is looking at him again. The kid then looked to Longtail and Cyrix and told them in the Leaf-eater language - "I may need some help over here."

Much of it has to do with the nightflower as well. It gave me much strength. But, I always felt uncomfortable during the fights. I never was of a great use. No one asked me to help. So I never helped them. And the fact, that most of the herd members are stronger than me awed me. If you know what I mean. I just, didn¥t want to show my talents, because I was scared about doing something wrong.

And,... I think first of all we should help Darkness. Maybe we can turn him around as well.
