OOC: Nimrod, Diver must heard you when Ecco mentioned that Cayso can also speak the Leaf-eater's language.

"I just want to save my brother, I know you have no reason to trust me" - he looked briefly at Mim again and then returned his sight at Cyrix - "but do I have a reason to trust you?, last time I saw those eyes, it almost cost me my life".

Diver stayed on Littlefoot holding on while the others talked. "It seems very strange that a sharptooth can understand our language, other then Chomper that is." She said.

Mim just kept her distance and between the young ones and the fast biter. "I've not met one who did know our language, but no logical reason one of them could not learn our language." Mim said still keeping her eye on the fast biter.

"Well, all right. If nobody wants to come with me." Littlefoot sat Diver and Ducky off from his back and began to walk towards the newcomers. Ecco looked with interest in his eyes at the little Longneck. "Must be a brave kid" he thought. "Hi, my name is Littlefoot what¥s your name." Littlefoot asked. "Hi, my name is Ecco and this is my friend Cayso. Nice to meet you." Ecco was a bit surprised. "So much interest. It must be the childhood" ,he thought. "So, you are a fastbitter who knows our language?" Littlefoot asked with a look to Cayso.

Mim looked at Ducky and Diver, "The two of you wish to ride on me a while, you can keep Lontail company." She said, "and it would be safer out here." She said. Diver nodded and Mim picked her up gently and put her on her back.

Diver nodded, "He'll have someone to keep him company and help look after him." She said. She patted Longtail gently on his head.

"Y.. Yes" - Cayso was a bit of surprised too, not everyday a Leaf-eater just approaches you and to tries to meet you everyday he thought to himself - "my name is Cayso and I understand you are looking for that legendary flower too" - Littlefoot's approach did indeed help ease Cayso's thoughts, specially his edginess towards Mim.

Cyrix nodded to Ecco and Cayso and said "Don't worry I can tell from your eyes...you mean what you say...I will try to convince Mim of your good nature as well." Cyrix looked over to Littlefoot and smiled noting that he was willing to make friends even when a sharptooth showed itself 'He really is a good friend to have, and a natural born leader to boot.' thought Cyrix to himself as he walked back to Mim and looked her in the eyes and said

"Don't worry we can trust them...I know what other sharpteeth have done to you and me in the past, but this time its different they need our help too...and I say we give it to them."

"why not?" - was what Cayso had to say after the little longneck offered his friendship while giving a little smile and covering the scar in his left forearm with his right hand. He knew his chances to get the flower increased, he could also see Ecco happily accepting Littlefoot's offer but he still knew he had to be cautious.

Ducky looked around. Now she was the one who had to decide with who to ride.

Hmm, Ecco said. I hope Mim will trust you soon. If not I think I¥ll talk to her. But don¥t worry Cayso, it will become all right. We¥ll have the flowers for your brother soon. Ecco looked with a friendly look to Mim.

(OOC: I'm running Mim. Unless you want to take the character over then I'll just think of another oc for this rp. I"ll only post Diver in this one till I get further notice.)

Diver continued to pat Longtail on the head looking around till it looked like the others were going to set out. She did keep on hold on the vines tied around Longtail in case they needed to run off suddenly due to some danger suddenly appearing.

"Do you want any food or water?" She asked him.

Mim waved back to Ecco smiling a little. Then she turned to look at Diver, "Remember with you there Longtail doesn't need to speak as loudly as before so if he tries to talk you have to tell us what he says." She said.

Diver nodded, "I will." She said smiling, "I'll also keep him company." She said.

"Why are you all here, did that dark smoke entered the Valley?" Cayso asked Littlefoot with a worried voice while giving some small steps towards the group of leaf-eaters (maybe trying to get a bit closer to Ecco).
