Ecco nodded to that what Ecco said. He looked around but didn¥t notice anything. I agree with you Blue-eye, it would be best.

Scarface, who was sitting on the ground sniffed in the air, I can¥t smell any newcomers. I really guess your nephew had a sleep story. But if not, I would be very amazed about his sniffer.

In truth Longtail's sniffer was right on the treestars as towards the front of the cave where the group had entered stood Dark Eye. He was waiting for them to leave the caves so he could follow them and find a way to get some food. He wasn't one to give up easily or gracefully as he continued waiting for his chance to strike.

Cyrix however spotting nothing turned around and nodded to what Scarface and said "Yes...I suppose you are right...but my nephew is seldom wrong about these things...perhaps we should keep an eye out as we move along." He then walked to the front of the pack with Onyx right behind him as the duo lead the way out of the caves.

Mim nodded, "Best to be safe, considering we are in what some call the mysterious beyond and the many dangers here. Dark eye may return or be sneaking around, or others could be or may be soon. We had best keep our eyes, ears and sniffers alert for any sign of danger or others." Mim said, knowing some of the dangers from her imagination and from actual experience.

"Being careful is always best, even in the Great Valley, there are dangerous places there too, there certainly are." Diver said nodding to what Mim said.

Blue eye nodded as well, "Being careful and alert is as important for the hunter as for the prey." He said, repeating something his grandfather had said more then a few times to his relatives.

"Whoever said that is totally right..." - Cayso replied to what Blue Eye said. - "We cannot be enough of cautious. But right now we must focus on Onyx's plan so we can exit the caves safely."

Onyx and Cyrix were farther ahead of the group and Cyrix turned back for a moment and asked "Would any of you like to keep up....we do not want to keep Littlefoot, Ali, or her mother waiting any longer than we have to. Please hurry!"

Onyx turned to Cyrix with a smile and replied "Although we are pressed for time...forcing the others to trip over their feet is not the wisest option...not in these trying times."

Cyrix smiled and said "You are right...come let's wait for a moment.

Cayso looked at Cyrix with some confussion, nevertheless he went closer to him and Onyx - "I know how you feel Cyrix, I myself just want to run as fast as I can and try to grab some of those flowers and run back to my herd. But I also know that wouldn't be possible. I hesitated to follow Ecco's plan at first, but it turned out for the best, because we got to know you and this... variety of travellers, a very uncommon sight." - He smiled shyly - "I think the plan both of you will come up with will result, and I will wait the instruction you'll give me and the other Fast-bitters."

- OOC: About Ecco's plan, I was referring to him convincing Cayso to go just both of them to seek the Night Flowers because it should be easier to be unnoticed, so the rest of Cayso's herd could care of Cayso's sick brother Racnar while avoiding the Dark Smoke.

Mim nods, "If everyone is ready maybe we can get started heading that way. Let's reposition ourselves as suggested and see how things go, and someone uninjured may need to help some of the injured."

thanks that you mention Mim, Scarface said. I just need someone to help me stand up, I guess I can walk alone. His wounds stopped bleeding now, but they still hurted very much.

Mim shook her head, "I think it's best that the injured get help from the not injured, since there is less chance of the injuries growing worst and they can more easily heal that way. In my opinion at least." Mim said thinking it best the injured get help for the reasons she said.

Diver nodded, "We all need help now and then, we certainly do." She said, noticing the some folks did need help and remembering what her parents had said in the past also.

"I can help you if you like." Blue-eye suggested. "Or maybe someone can help me help Scarface."

Cayso returned to where Ecco is - "I'll be fine walking on my own now Ecco, thanks for the help." - he gave a quick glance to the Fast-bitters, and then back to Cyrix and Onyx with a smile - "So, are we going to play prisoners?, because I'd like to get out of this cave so you may tell me where I need to be for this to work."

Onyx nodded his head and replied to Scarface "And it's that kind of thinking that will ensure our efforts succeed, but now I stress we get a move on...I'm sure Ali and littlefoot are tired of waiting on us."

Cyrix nodded in agreement and said "Yes. I am afraid Onyx is right, we do have very little time. So if eveyone would line up and take your places we can begin."

Blue-eye stayed close to Scarface to help him, Mim assumed her place while Diver remained on Mim's back to help take care of Longtail as she had been doing.

"Ok, I will let you know." - Cayso walked alongside Ecco, as with the original plan, he is the last of the Fast-bitters that would come to sight after they all exit the caves - "I bet Onyx and Cyrix wanted me to go last, so attention would be more focussed on the grown-up Fast-bitters, and keep me the more out of problems as they can..." - Cayso's sniffer could finally begin sensing very small breezes of fresh air, and he smiled after that.

As Onyx walked around a corner he noticed Littlefoot and Ali still talking to each other. He smiled at the scene and said "Okay little ones we are ready to move on." He stepped up to Ali and asked "Would you be a dear and walk ahead of me. I want your mother to know you are safe." He then motioned for Littlefoot to join the others. He wasn't lying at least, he just didn't want Ali to see the fast biters before she was with her mother again.
