They reappeared on a strange planet. There were Dinotons everywhere walking, running, chatting with each other. They ignored Stripetail and Eva's sudden appearence. Stripetail went up to a nearby Dinoton. "Excuse me, but where could I find the Tri-Foundation Council?' The Dinoton looked at him and said. "They meet in that large building over there." The Dinoton pointed at a nearby building."thanks." No problem." The Dinoton walked away. Stripetail turned to Eva. "Since you know this place much better than i do, you'd better be the guide."

Grant and Sten" Eva turns her head to Stripetail as they start to walk up the steps "This is one of three places the Tri-Foundation Council is held. there are one building in Dinoton, one in Earth and One in Rainbos, plus the Tri-Foundation Council Space station which moves around with a heavy guard of 50 top classed ships." Eva told him as they continued to walk.

Dinoton High Minster is a Triceraton named Trin Gria
Rainbow Face High Minster named Vila Rins
Human High Minster named Lady Juila Zona
These three make a group decison that all agree to. So far the goverment worked very well and mishaps have be reduced from 40% at the start of the foundation to a low 2%. It shows how well the Tri-Foundation Alliance works" Eva told Stripetail about the council and how well the foundation works in a Union.

Trin looks at him "Well my friend there a review on the anti-magic laws and there has been a change in poll in the last 22 dinoton years. we will still have the prison planet but magic will be aloud once more but only till Level 2. Not aloud any higher then that from what we have bee talking about since we can contain level 1 but level two is more mangerable and safer because it can't destory whole cities or planets. In 12 days that review will happen. Maybe we can help rebuild his homeworld... it was attacked by a race that are very anti-magic that did gave chase with two of our dinotons on board. never heard from them since the Black Hole" Trin said to Stripetail.

I'm a Level 1 myself, but my counterpart is a level 2, so he'll be able to perform magic again. He'll be happy to know that. As For the anti-magic race, we dealt with them in our dimension. Once you pass the rules I will come to hold a wizarding convention with the wizarding community here to help them to recover. That is, if that is alright with the council. If not, then my counterpart will hold it."

Only lost 3 ships but other then that the attacks been small over the last 3 weeks, the homeworld of your counter part was hit hard by that race. There are Tri-Foundation ships right there to protect it." Trin told him. "As for the council that has to be decided after the review."
